American LegalNet to Offer Court Rules for Open Text’s LegalKEY® Software

American LegalNet’s Court Rules and Critical Dates product is a strategic fit with its portfolio of software products aimed at managing filings between law firms and courts. Critical Dates lets law firms track and manage court docket-related events and due dates involving client matters, so firms don’t miss key deadlines. Open Text is increasing its focus on the legal market, with plans to continue to advance its broad portfolio of solutions that help law firms manage client matters, conflicts of interest, mergers and acquisitions, new business intake and other firm operational issues. .
