Adobe Acrobat Reader: The form won't display
- Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7.0 or higher must be installed.
- If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7.0 or higher, go to www. adobe.com. After you have downloaded and installed the new version of Acrobat, return to the ALN website and start working with our forms.
Adobe Acrobat: Spell Check
To spell check in Adobe Acrobat:
- Download the PDF form into your desktop copy of Adobe Acrobat.
- In Adobe Acrobat 9.0, F7 or select the Edit
menu | Check Spelling | In Comments, Fields & Editable Text
To spell check in Word:
- Download a form into Microsoft Word.
- Click the padlock icon on the Forms WorkFlow toolbar or ribbon to unlock the form.
- F7 to spell check.
I can't use <ENTER> key to navigate through the form fields
In lieu of using <ENTER< to navigate through a fillable form:
- <TAB> to move from field to field in a form.
- <SHIFT+TAB> to navigate to previous fields.
- Mouse click to jump to any field in a form.
