- Friday, October 28 at 12:00 p.m. EST
In each edition of ALN eNews we like to provide a couple of hints for Forms WorkFlow. We hope the following tips are helpful.
MS Word: My Profile does not Appear in Profile Manager
Either the Profile was not saved, or it was saved using Microsoft Word’s Save or Save As commands. If the Profile was saved to a document management system or other location it will not be available for use in AutoFill. To recover the Profile information and save it into Profile Manger:
- Open the Profile document from its current location.
- Select AutoFill | Save Profile (Word 2000/2002/2003) or the Save Profile button (Word 2007).
- Select or create a Client folder (Add Client) and enter a Profile Name.
- Click Save.
Once the Profile has been saved using the Profile Manager, it will be available for use in AutoFill.
MS Word: Adjust Font Size
The font size cannot be modified on ALN’s non-interactive forms.
-
The font size of ALN’s interactive forms can be modified in two ways:
Forms WorkFlow toolbar has a font-size adjustment option. This feature allows you to change the font from 8 to 14 point.
Unlock the form in MS Word using the Forms WorkFlow toolbar padlock feature (Lock/Unlock). This enables the Microsoft Word formatting features including the font editing capability.
