ALN is committed to delivering innovative, high quality legal products, content and services to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce risk by providing workflow solutions for the full range of desktop-to-courthouse communications and the diverse transactions that take place during these exchanges.
ALN was formed in 1996, when founder and President Erez Bustan recognized a need for a unified online interface for legal professionals. The interface would provide easy access to primary case law and supporting judicial forms in a common location.
Through Forms WorkFlow, ALN publishes and maintains the preeminent collection of national forms. This database currently includes over 60,000 unique court, judicial and agency forms covering all jurisdictions in the United States.
ALN is the Official Publisher of record for The California Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) Judicial Counsel Forms. ALN has also been recognized as a forms publisher for several other states and agencies such as the Florida State Bar and the International Association of Commercial Administrators (IACA).
In 2007, eFiling Portal was developed, which provides comprehensive electronic filing. eFiling integrates with Forms WorkFlow. eFiling Portal enables attorneys and support staff by providing the functionality to access up-to-date court and agency rules, locate process servers and complete their electronic filing from a single point of interface.
In 2009, ALN launched eDockets critical dates management, which provides centralized and streamlined docketing and calendaring, includes a comprehensive court rules library and Auto Docket (patent pending) functionality for automated calendaring. With the addition of eDockets to the suite of products, ALN is the Industry's first integrated Desktop to Courthouse Forms, Filing and Docketing Solution.
